Sean Fraser - Executive Director

Sean worked in the private corporate sector for over 20 years, largely in the family entertainment, event, and tourism industries, and has a background in technical theatre arts & production, with a degree in Business Management. He has operated different restaurants & big box retail locations in Calgary over the years. Sean has been involved in the design and construction of food service, retail, and theatre facilities. He has served on not for profit boards for over 15 years, acting as Chair and has extensive experience working in property and arts facility management. Sean became the President of Evergreen Theatre in 2004. He stepped into the role of Executive Director in the summer of 2007. He is a Disney University Management graduate and received the Colin Jackson & Arlene Strom Creative Placemaking Award for his work on the Evergreen Community SPACES project. He is a hardworking, hands-on, fun, creative, and driven individual who believes in thinking outside the box, creating fun opportunities, nurturing a collaborative work environment and the growth of individuals. Sean is a huge believer in the business of the arts and supporting artists in business.

Christina Chase-Warrier - Progamming Director

Christina has been extensively involved with Evergreen Theatre for over 14 years. As an elementary school teacher with the Calgary Board of Education for over 10 years, she first experienced Evergreen's unique blend of educational yet engaging programming during one of their many school performances. She was immediately drawn to the organization's dedication and dynamism and has been a strong supporter ever since.

Christina's background experience both as a classroom teacher and then as an Executive Assistant to a local MLA have proved to be a very valuable fit with Evergreen Theatre. Her deep understanding of what engages children, commitment to Evergreen's values and organizational skills have helped nurture and sustain Evergreen's growing community footprint.

Teigan Blondin - SPACES Facility and Production Procument Manager

A graduate of the University of Calgary in 2014, Teigan began building props and puppets for Evergreen Theatre in 2015. Theatre has taken her across the country and all over the world. She finished her degree in England at the University of Kent, where she studied puppetry and production creation. Teigan has always had a passion for education through the arts. Teigan has worked in the theatre community in Calgary as a technician, prop builder and costumer, she also has hosted panels on costuming, taught improv workshops and loves the collaborative creative nature of theatre. Currently Teigan is the SPACES Operations Manager at Evergreen Theatre. Her love of building puppets, props and costumes can be seen in various Evergreen shows.
